Assistant Director of Admission | Head Volleyball Coach

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the admission and enrollment process, including fielding inquiries, conducting interviews, and traveling domestically.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with prospective families, feeder schools, and community organizations.
• Evaluate applicant files and provide thoughtful recommendations for admission decisions.
• Manage the tour guide and campus visit programs to ensure high-quality prospective student experiences.
• Lead the Varsity Volleyball program, overseeing team training, skill development, and game-day strategy.
• Cultivate a culture of sportsmanship and character within the athletic program.
• Manage volleyball program logistics, including practice scheduling and equipment oversight.
• Recruit student-athletes who align with the school's academic and community standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Significant experience coaching volleyball, preferably at the high school or collegiate level.
• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to connect with adolescents and diverse families in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
