About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and subject matter experts to align campaign goals with key growth use cases.
- Lead the development of high-impact content, including white papers, blogs, webinars, and case studies.
- Own content quality and storytelling, applying strong editorial judgment to produce compelling B2B marketing materials.
- Partner with brand and creative teams to guide the development of engaging, high-quality marketing assets.
- Leverage AI tools to improve marketing workflows, generate insights, and increase campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends in third-party risk management to ensure campaigns remain timely and impactful.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in campaign management and content development.
- Experience creating content for KYC/Compliance, Third-party risk management, or related domains.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in responsible AI practices.
- BA in journalism, English, communications, marketing, finance, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in financial services, banking, technology, or data and analytics firms.
- Familiarity with various AI tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
