Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insights and solutions to drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and process excellence.
• Lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for RPA, AI, and Power Apps integration.
• Design and implement optimized workflows, future-state processes, and value stream maps (VSM).
• Drive the continuous improvement agenda through design thinking workshops and process reengineering.
• Conduct process maturity assessments and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure delivery excellence.
• Build organizational capability by leading training sessions in Quality, Business Excellence, Agile, and AI.
• Mentor team members and lead large teams of Black Belts to foster professional growth and a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Certified Practitioner, or Champion.
• Over 14 years of professional services experience or related industry experience.
• Proven leadership experience in service excellence, delivery excellence, or business excellence.
• Proficiency in digital tools including RPA, AI, Copilot, and Power Apps.
• Strong experience working with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in engineering or management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and influence diverse, global teams across different geographies.
