About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality leadership development programs for executives, emerging leaders, supervisors, and professionals
  • Conduct needs assessments and curriculum design to meet organizational goals
  • Identify, select, negotiate with, and provide feedback to program facilitators
  • Manage program logistics, participant recruitment, and budget management
  • Collaborate with clients from corporate, government, and non-profit sectors to recommend custom solutions and services
  • Measure and evaluate program effectiveness and provide assessment feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience (or 5 years of relevant experience in business, education, or leadership)
  • 2 years of training and organizational development experience in a corporate or educational environment
  • Proven experience developing and deploying leadership programs for adult professionals
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual platforms such as Zoom and Teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and a low-risk driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in business, education, or leadership
  • Experience managing training, leadership development, or educational programming as a primary job focus
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial office environment
  • Experience with budget forecasting and monitoring
  • Previous experience in sales, fundraising, or business development
  • Proficiency with databases (e.g., Salesforce) or registration systems (e.g., Cvent)
  • Certification or experience with leadership assessments
