About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary internal communications advisor for Industry Groups, building strong relationships with senior leaders.
  • Proactively identify communication opportunities aligned with Industry Group strategy, transformation initiatives, and performance priorities.
  • Translate complex, technical subject matter into clear, compelling, and actionable internal communications.
  • Design and deliver integrated communications across multiple channels, including leader messages, webcasts, intranet, video, and campaigns.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure messaging is aligned, timely, and effective.
  • Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve approaches based on data and feedback.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of communications professionals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications.
  • 3+ years of experience in team management and people leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience advising senior leaders with confidence and professional judgment.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a professional services or matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated interest in using AI as a competitive advantage in communications.
  • Experience in measuring, tracking, and reporting the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
  • Bilingualism in English and French.
