About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary internal communications advisor for Industry Groups, building strong relationships with senior leaders.
- Proactively identify communication opportunities aligned with Industry Group strategy, transformation initiatives, and performance priorities.
- Translate complex, technical subject matter into clear, compelling, and actionable internal communications.
- Design and deliver integrated communications across multiple channels, including leader messages, webcasts, intranet, video, and campaigns.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure messaging is aligned, timely, and effective.
- Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve approaches based on data and feedback.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of communications professionals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications.
- 3+ years of experience in team management and people leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience advising senior leaders with confidence and professional judgment.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a professional services or matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated interest in using AI as a competitive advantage in communications.
- Experience in measuring, tracking, and reporting the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
- Bilingualism in English and French.
