Assistant Director - Intelligent Insights Specialist

Responsibilities

• Transform complex data sets into actionable business insights and compelling data visualizations to inform global leadership decisions.
• Develop financial, revenue, and predictive models while conducting trend analysis to forecast business outcomes.
• Design and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and interpret data for advanced reporting.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key business indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance and business teams to align data insights with organizational strategic goals.
• Translate technical analytical findings into clear, understandable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Document analytical methodologies and ensure data governance through accurate and consistent reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in financial reporting and analytics.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of data warehousing principles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and complex charts.
• Strong financial domain knowledge and experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
