About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage information flow and keep the team informed of projects and progress
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop Hillel's vision for engagement, wellness, and education
- Lead training and curriculum development for new and current staff members
- Support the Executive Director in implementing annual goals and long-term vision
- Direct, coordinate, and mentor programming staff members
- Develop partnerships and visibility on campus and in the community
- Supervise the Israel Fellow and Administrative Interns
- Oversee the program budget, distribute funds, and pursue grant opportunities
- Lead student leadership and educational opportunities such as the Civic Engagement Fellowship
- Manage recruitment and staffing for Hillel's Leadership Trip to Israel and Taglit-Birthright Israel
Requirements
- 5 or more years of relevant professional work experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven success in supervising professional staff or facilitating leadership development
- Strong organizational skills in strategic planning and program oversight
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to pluralism and fluency in Jewish knowledge and tradition
- Willingness to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree

- Competitive salary between $70,000-$75,000
