About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide vision, leadership, and management for fraternity and sorority life and new student programming
- Oversee all aspects of the fraternity and sorority community, including housing, chapter development, and compliance
- Lead Summer Orientation and Welcome Week to ensure a seamless transition for incoming students
- Cultivate thriving communities that support student engagement, belonging, and success
- Supervise a graduate assistant and/or coordinate with Area Coordinators supporting Greek housing
- Manage departmental budgets and administrative tasks related to student involvement
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Student Personnel, Higher Education, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a related student affairs role
- Demonstrated knowledge of fraternity and sorority life, including chapter advising and national standards
- Experience with new student orientation and/or new student programming
- Strong supervision, interpersonal, organizational, and budget management skills
- Multicultural competency and ability to work with diverse student populations
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
- Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with orientation leadership recruitment, training, and supervision
- Familiarity with campus engagement platforms and student organization management systems
