About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of over 130 student organizations and 15 club sports
- Supervise the team of Student Organization Coordinators and part-time coaches
- Support student organization registration, re-registration, and compliance processes
- Develop and lead comprehensive training programs for student organization leaders
- Educate student leaders on College policies regarding event planning, hazing, and financial responsibilities
- Administer the College’s student engagement platform to manage records and involvement
- Approve organization travel, schedules, club sports competitions, and on-campus tournaments
- Provide support for new student orientation programming and campus partner collaborations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience working with student organizations or club sports
- Experience with budget tracking, assessment, and policy review
- Demonstrated ability to support a diverse student body with a focus on equity and inclusion
- Valid driver's license
- Strong creative problem-solving and teamwork skills
