About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and promotion of the College Credit Plus (CCP) program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high school administrators, counselors, teachers, students, and families.
  • Assist students through the CCP enrollment process, including admissions, placement testing, and registration.
  • Coordinate outreach activities such as school visits, presentations, and information sessions.
  • Implement Take Flight Academy initiatives to provide guidance on college planning and career exploration.
  • Build and sustain collaborative partnerships with school districts, community organizations, and business leaders.
  • Represent Wright State University at community events and partnership activities.
  • Collect and maintain participation data to assess program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in admissions, college access programming, secondary education, student services, or community engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel to partner schools and community locations.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with College Credit Plus, dual enrollment, or college readiness initiatives.
  • Knowledge of higher education admissions and enrollment processes.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations and educational partners.
