About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of undergraduate and graduate Bentley Global Experience (BGX) courses, supporting faculty from proposal to completion.
  • Coordinate incoming semester exchange programs, serving as the primary liaison for sending institutions and managing the nomination and enrollment processes.
  • Oversee the administration of study abroad scholarships, including designing selection criteria and managing application timelines.
  • Support the design and implementation of custom global programs and academic week-long programs.
  • Execute marketing strategies for global offerings through webpage content, brochures, and social media.
  • Advise students on program options, academic requirements, and pre-arrival needs.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for program services such as transportation, catering, and cultural activities.
  • Facilitate pre-departure workshops and orientation sessions for students and faculty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in international education or international project management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically within cross-cultural settings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with software such as Workday or TerraDotta.
  • Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in languages other than English.
  • Experience with intercultural learning and student development theories.
