Assistant Director, Faculty Housing

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive management of housing services for postdoctoral researchers, junior faculty, and senior faculty.
• Develop and implement long-term strategic goals and housing policies in alignment with University mission.
• Manage housing applications, assignments, reassignments, and transfers to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Act as a primary liaison between faculty housing and various University schools, institutes, and departments.
• Lead and mentor the faculty housing team to foster a high-performing work environment.
• Analyze housing data and prepare comprehensive performance reports for University leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage special projects related to housing operations, technology enhancements, and service improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in housing management, real estate, or customer service within a complex organization or higher education setting.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong strategic planning, policy development, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex projects and implementing technological service delivery solutions.
