Assistant Director Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Work in a multidisciplinary environment to design intuitive user interfaces and complex interactive flows across multiple products and platforms.
• Simplify and unify complex information into intuitive interactions, charts, graphs, and other visual representations.
• Employ user-centered design methods to develop specifications including use cases, site maps, flow diagrams, and wireframes.
• Create detailed specifications of interactions and visual designs to communicate effectively with developers.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of developed pages to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Contribute to the creation of prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and customers.
• Help maintain a pattern library to ensure consistency in behaviors across multiple products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Designer, Engineer, or Analyst designing user interfaces and user experiences.
• Proven experience designing complex desktop and mobile web-based applications.
• Proficiency in user research, visual design, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience working with Material UI.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure RP, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using collaboration tools like Jira or Miro.
