Responsibilities
- Represent the residence by animating the prescription network and participating in trade fairs
- Manage commercial relations including visits, quotes, dependency evaluation via the AGGIR scale, and client follow-up
- Handle human resources tasks including recruitment, candidate pool management, and drafting employment contracts
- Oversee quality assurance and risk management procedures
- Control and evaluate the quality of catering services
- Ensure full residence management in the absence of the Director
Requirements
- State Diploma in Social and Family Economy Counseling or BTS in Sanitary and Social Sector Services
- Proficiency in commercial techniques
- Knowledge of the senior demographic
- Significant experience in management assistance within an establishment
- Strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills
