About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional and operational owner of the University’s Slate CRM.
- Translate enrollment and communication strategies into scalable workflows and processes.
- Build and deploy communication workflows, including email, SMS, and automated triggers.
- Manage system configuration, including forms, applications, portals, and permissions.
- Oversee data governance, segmentation strategy, and data integrity.
- Provide technical leadership, training, and documentation for Enrollment staff.
- Partner with IT to manage system integrations and define functional requirements.
- Build reports and queries to support performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3–5+ years of CRM experience.
- Strong technical, data, and project management skills.
- Proven experience with workflow configuration and system administration.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Slate CRM experience specifically within a higher education setting.
