About the role
Responsibilities
- Help run daily school operations and create a safe, engaging environment for children
- Support teachers and classrooms, including stepping in when coverage is needed
- Build strong relationships with families and provide a great experience
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and enrollment activities like tours
- Coach and support teachers to help them succeed
- Follow all safety, licensing, and school procedures
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, school administration, or a similar setting
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
- Ability to meet state-specific education, certification, and licensing requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Working knowledge of licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements
