Assistant Director, Distribution Capabilities Development

Responsibilities

• Lead, define, and execute the overall distribution capability strategy aligned with business priorities
• Develop competency frameworks for agents, leaders, BD+, and DT
• Design and implement onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development programs
• Standardize training curriculum, tools, and delivery methods
• Strengthen agency sales capabilities and improve productivity
• Enhance recruitment and team-building capabilities
• Establish a governance framework for training quality assurance
• Define KPIs and measure training effectiveness and business impact
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Sales Leaders
• Lead and develop the DCD team
• Submit periodic reports to the Department Head on progress, results, and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution, Training, or Capability Development
• Proven track record in capability development or transformation
• Strong understanding of agency and distribution models
• Experience working with senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
