About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary post-sales contact for insurers using Moody's RiskIntegrity for IFRS 17
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with actuarial, finance, and executive stakeholders
  • Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, monitoring client health and mitigating retention risks
  • Lead onboarding, implementation planning, and training activities regarding actuarial workflows and financial reporting
  • Conduct business reviews to assess value delivery and provide strategic guidance aligned with IFRS 17 objectives
  • Advise on complex IFRS 17, actuarial valuation, and financial reporting use cases
  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities, participating in demos and RFPs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to influence product roadmaps

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in insurance, actuarial consulting, or financial reporting systems
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS 17 standards, actuarial valuation processes, and financial reporting workflows
  • Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across actuarial, finance, and executive levels
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to implement AI-powered solutions
  • Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Actuarial designation (ASA/FSA or equivalent)
  • Fluency in French
