About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer success across the full lifecycle, ensuring adoption, account health, retention, and value realization for Government and Public Sector accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by sharing industry best practices, training, and product updates.
  • Troubleshoot technical integrations, including REST APIs, authentication, rate limits, and payloads.
  • Support data feed delivery models, including both batch and real-time solutions.
  • Lead customer engagements such as onboarding, kickoff meetings, and strategic sessions.
  • Partner with Account Managers to author strategic account plans to retain and grow relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze product usage to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Client Services teams to manage incidents and breaking changes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience working specifically with Government or Public Sector accounts.
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or data platforms.
  • Technical knowledge of REST APIs and authentication processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Italian, or German.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in responsible AI practices.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, supplier risk, or credit risk use cases.
