Assistant Director - Banking & Capital Markets Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales lifecycle for a client account base and identify new sales opportunities
• Market credit risk products and service solutions to the Commercial Banking & Capital Markets sector
• Act as the primary point of contact for C-level executives, such as the Chief Risk Officer or Chief Financial Officer
• Meet or exceed established revenue targets by generating new revenue and defending existing streams
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Strategists, and other internal teams throughout the sales cycle
• Provide current sales forecasts and pipeline information to management
• Represent the company at industry and company-sponsored events
• Travel 30-40% as required by the position

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience at a top-tier consulting firm, financial services company, or tech company
• Undergraduate/first-level degree required
• Established track record of developing client networks and nurturing C-Level relationships
• Experience negotiating complex, strategic, high-revenue impact deals
• Deep understanding of the competitive landscape for financial products and services
• Strong knowledge of the sales process, including pipeline management and forecasting
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and interest in responsible AI practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in delivering thought leadership through publications or speaking engagements
