Assistant Director, Admission Events and Student Employees

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute prospective student recruitment events, group visits, and event logistics for the Office of Admission.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of student employees and University brand ambassadors.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance the campus visit experience through exceptional hospitality and customer service.
• Manage event details including catering arrangements, marketing materials, itineraries, and informational packets.
• Coordinate special visit requests such as class observations and athletic meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for campus departments requesting student employee support for university-wide programs and events.

• Proven organizational and communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, event management, or student services.
• Ability to work in a professional and confidential manner with staff, students, parents, and the community.
• Commitment to the academic and Christ-focused mission of Anderson University.
• Ability to connect with, motivate, and inspire a diverse student population.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior work experience in a college or university setting.
