About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the daily management of the dining area and assist the dining room manager
- Lead and motivate the service team to ensure impeccable service standards
- Organize services and manage guest reception to ensure a fluid and high-quality experience
- Train new team members and maintain high levels of staff engagement
- Ensure continuity of operations and maintain Relais & Châteaux standards in the absence of the manager
- Apply HACCP hygiene standards and maintain organizational rigor
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality or Catering
- Proven experience in high-end or luxury establishments
- Strong knowledge of wines and spirits
- Proficiency in IT tools for scheduling and menu management
- Fluency in English (knowledge of a third language is a plus)
- Mastery of HACCP hygiene standards
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural leadership ability
