Assistant Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collect, understand, and analyze needs from various teams
• Define project scope with technical providers including budget, planning, and perimeter
• Assist in technical-functional, graphic, and UX project design
• Manage project tracking and reporting
• Perform technical-functional and graphic testing for websites
• Oversee the deployment of website releases
• Analyze data and performance of digital tools (SEO, MyMall app, etc.)
• Support and train users on digital tools
• Conduct competitive and technological monitoring
• Deploy AI projects to improve B2B and B2C customer experiences

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Business or Marketing school (Master's level/Bac+4/5)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be a proactive force for suggestions
• Strong interest in digital environments and social media
