Assistant Digital & Performance Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Track and consolidate paid and organic campaign performance
• Produce weekly and monthly reports with optimization recommendations
• Coordinate with headquarters teams, hotels, agencies, and local teams
• Support planning and execution of global digital activations
• Conduct competitive benchmarks and sector analysis
• Contribute to acquisition, awareness, and engagement strategy

Requirements

• Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals
• Analytical mindset and comfort with performance metrics
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Data Studio
• Interest in social media and branded content analysis
• Autonomy, rigor, and strong coordination skills
