Assistant Development Manager - Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing real estate development projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with timelines and budgets
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status to senior management
• Support risk management activities and ensure all regulatory requirements are met
• Assist in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
• Contribute to the planning and execution of project marketing and sales strategies
• Ensure quality assurance throughout all project stages
• Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field
• 4-8 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including planning, design, and construction
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance requirements
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
