Responsibilities

• Support Senior Designers on projects and daily tasks
• Research trends, materials, trims, and colour to develop new products
• Support the development of customer and market-focused product collections
• Identify opportunities for new shapes and products to enhance the range
• Create detailed specifications, technical drawings, and colour CADs
• Manage seasonal samples and development trackers
• Work closely with the Buying team to ensure production quality and aesthetics
• Prepare samples for internal design reviews and manage the seasonal sample library

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bag or footwear design environment
• Creative flair with a passion for leather goods
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe Illustrator)
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of current and upcoming commercial trends
• Ability to create technical specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to interpret trends through the lens of the brand and house codes
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
