About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing design information and contractor's designed portion packages at all RIBA Stages
- Support the establishment of the design team and align scope and accountabilities
- Identify, record, and mitigate design and project risks and opportunities
- Support pricing assumptions to align with design development
- Provide information and monitor activity to ensure construction aligns with approved design
Requirements
- Minimum HND/HNC/T Level or equivalent (desirable)
- Good understanding of technical aspects of construction
- Knowledge of RIBA plan of work and Building Regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Full driving licence
