Requirements
DEAES, ADVF or equivalent medico-social diploma, or 3 years elderly care experience, 18 months experience for paid internal training eligibility, Driver's license B recommended but not required
About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide home care assistance to elderly individuals in Mulhouse and surrounding areas
- Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, dressing, meals, and mobility
- Offer companionship and maintain a safe, clean living environment
- Accompany clients on short outings such as shopping, appointments, and walks
Requirements
- Diploma in the medico-social field (DEAES, ADVF, etc.) or 3 years of experience with elderly individuals
- 18 months of experience for candidates eligible for internal paid training
- Driver's license B recommended but not required
Benefits
- Hourly rate of €14.85 gross including paid leave
- Premium pay for night, Sunday, and holiday hours
- Transport allowances of €1 to €2.50 per intervention
