Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and essential daily assistance to elderly beneficiaries
- Support beneficiaries in maintaining a high quality of life at home
- Manage administrative tasks using innovative digital tools like the Ouihelp Pro app
Requirements
- A diploma in personal care OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal care
- Alternatively, 18 months of experience if participating in our paid internal training
- Ability to build strong bonds with beneficiaries and their families
