About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the monitoring and forecasting of project hours and travel costs, including monthly reporting.
  • Manage client invoicing by performing data entry in SAP, updating tracking tables, and preparing billing deliverables.
  • Track project costs from initial phase through to account closure.
  • Manage supplier order receipts in collaboration with the purchasing teams.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, finance, and purchasing teams in an international environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in Finance or Management.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1/B2 level).
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Highly rigorous, organized, and versatile.
