About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the monitoring and forecasting of project hours and travel costs, including monthly reporting.
- Manage client invoicing by performing data entry in SAP, updating tracking tables, and preparing billing deliverables.
- Track project costs from initial phase through to account closure.
- Manage supplier order receipts in collaboration with the purchasing teams.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, finance, and purchasing teams in an international environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in Finance or Management.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1/B2 level).
- Previous experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Highly rigorous, organized, and versatile.
