About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative follow-up including annual turnover processing, tenant reminders, and invoicing
  • Manage annual insurance certificates through reminders and data entry
  • Handle tenant relations by sending account statements, invoices, and tax justifications
  • Manage tenant requests, complaints, and simple debt recovery processes
  • Prepare documents for the legal department regarding litigation and protocols
  • Maintain and update tracking tables for guarantees and payment plans
  • Update databases and monitoring tools

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in higher education (BTS GPME, BTS Professions Immobilières, Licence professionnelle, Master 1, or equivalent)
  • Seeking an apprenticeship (alternance) in rental management
  • Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
  • Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team
