About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks and budget tracking including quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
- Participate in insurance claim declarations and administrative follow-ups
- Support CSR initiatives such as local employment and energy consumption monitoring
- Assist in merchant relations, including onboarding and updating digital tools like Google My Business and MY MALL
- Contribute to social media management and the implementation of the annual marketing plan
- Coordinate with technical service providers and communication agencies
Requirements
- Bac +2 level education (BTS SAM, GPME, MCO, NDRC or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal skills and sense of service
- Ability to work on-site across multiple locations in Île-de-France
- Proficiency with numbers and interest in digital marketing/social media
- Organized, rigorous, and versatile
