About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, mail tracking, and site logistics.
- Assist the Regional Direction with expense reports, purchase requests via CRM, and professional travel arrangements.
- Support communication efforts by helping create graphic, video, or digital assets and updating communication materials.
- Coordinate site conviviality moments and handle specific requests from other locations.
- Ensure high-quality service and operational fluidity within the regional office.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac +2/3 degree in administrative management, executive assistance, or an equivalent field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in IT tools and office software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, reactivity, and strict confidentiality.
