Responsibilities

• Contribute to the deployment of the training plan by identifying skill development needs and managing logistics.
• Support the structuring of employment and skills by collaborating with business experts to maintain skill frameworks.
• Assist employees by collecting feedback, analyzing qualitative data, and optimizing the learning experience.
• Manage reporting and CRM tasks, including processing purchase requests, updating professional interviews, and tracking KPIs.
• Support the recruitment process through job posting, candidate management, and interview organization.
• Participate in transverse HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac +3 degree in Human Resources, Management, Work Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in recruitment, training, or HR development.
• Proficiency in office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Foundational knowledge of labor law and core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, GPEC).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of service, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
