Responsibilities
- Support the customer service department during program deliveries (preparation, reception, and installation logistics)
- Coordinate the sending of reports, photos, gifts, and keys
- Manage the service email inbox and route inquiries to the correct contacts
- Respond to customer requests via phone and email in coordination with the works department
- Prepare internal reporting regarding reservations, claims, and resolution rates
- Manage storage inventory and customer gift stock
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bac +3/4 specialized training program (Management, Administration, Real Estate, Commercial Techniques, or Legal)
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in customer relations or after-sales service, ideally in real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presentation
- Strong written communication and spelling skills
- Rigorous, positive attitude, and team spirit
