Assistant Cross Country Coach

Responsibilities

• Aid the Head Coach with the organization and administration of the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country programs
• Mentor, motivate, and develop student-athletes within a Division III educational environment
• Assist with practices, contests, recruitment, and scouting
• Work with students and staff from diverse backgrounds
• Ensure the athletic program is conducted in accordance with NCAA and conference rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid US driver's license (must have held for at least three years and be qualified to transport students in college vehicles)
• CPR, AED, and 1st Aid certification
• Ability to provide a cover letter, resume, and contact information for three references

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
