Assistant Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms, including tone, messaging, typography, and visual systems
• Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts and campaigns
• Support leading, coaching, and inspiring a multidisciplinary creative team of designers, writers, and content creators
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, product, and print touchpoints
• Design and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability
• Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams to execute key campaigns

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, campaigns, and multi-channel creative work
• Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content strategy
• Experience leading and developing creative teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows
• Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
