Assistant Counsel

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the internal investigations team within the Office of General Counsels Litigation and Investigations Group
• Execute internal investigations strategy through effective case management and timely delivery of work
• Perform key components of internal investigations including document review, data analysis, interviews, and drafting reports
• Provide day-to-day support to junior team members through knowledge sharing and informal guidance
• Assist in the delivery and coordination of training sessions on investigative practices and risk awareness
• Draft clear, concise investigative summaries, reports, and supporting materials
• Assist with preparation for interactions with regulators or external parties

Requirements

• Minimum three years of recent experience in investigations, litigation, or related work in a law firm, corporate, or government environment
• J.D. and/or LL.M. from an accredited law school
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• Experience conducting investigations or complex analytical work
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
