About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the internal investigations team within the Office of General Counsels Litigation and Investigations Group
- Execute internal investigations strategy through effective case management and timely delivery of work
- Perform key components of internal investigations including document review, data analysis, interviews, and drafting reports
- Provide day-to-day support to junior team members through knowledge sharing and informal guidance
- Assist in the delivery and coordination of training sessions on investigative practices and risk awareness
- Draft clear, concise investigative summaries, reports, and supporting materials
- Assist with preparation for interactions with regulators or external parties
Requirements
- Minimum three years of recent experience in investigations, litigation, or related work in a law firm, corporate, or government environment
- J.D. and/or LL.M. from an accredited law school
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
- Experience conducting investigations or complex analytical work
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
