About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, feasibility studies, and cost plans
- Support cost benchmarking and data analysis for construction and engineering packages
- Support the preparation and issuance of tender documentation for CSA, MEP, and specialist works
- Assist in managing variations, change control processes, and cost tracking
- Support the review of contractor progress claims and interim valuations
- Assist in preparing cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial updates
- Work closely with project teams across CSA, MEP, and technical systems
- Ensure all cost management documentation is accurate and up to date
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or construction-related roles
- Exposure to construction projects (CSA and/or MEP scope)
- Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data centre, or mission-critical environments is an advantage
- Previous exposure to a cost consultancy or professional services environment is preferred
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
