Responsibilities
- Draft briefs, pleadings, motions, contracts, and legislation
- Conduct legal research and support discovery and settlement work
- Take and defend depositions, interview witnesses, and appear in court or agency proceedings
- Handle pre-trial matters in Tort or SLED units as assigned
Requirements
- ABA-approved law school graduation in December 2025 or 2026
- Eligibility to sit for or passage of the UBE, NYLE, and MPRE
- Entry-level litigation, moot court, debate, or advocacy experience
- Commitment to public service, teamwork, and inclusion
