Responsibilities

  • Take and defend depositions, interview witnesses, and appear in court or agency proceedings
  • Handle pre-trial matters in Tort or SLED units as assigned

Requirements

  • ABA-approved law school graduation in December 2025 or 2026
  • Eligibility to sit for or passage of the UBE, NYLE, and MPRE
  • Entry-level litigation, moot court, debate, or advocacy experience
  • Commitment to public service, teamwork, and inclusion
