Assistant Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage reactive repairs, voids, and disrepair contract models
• Oversee direct labour and supply chain models
• Implement operational efficiencies
• Negotiate work packages with subcontractors and supply chain partners
• Drive performance from the staff team
• Ensure high levels of client engagement and Health and Safety awareness

Requirements

• 5 years of experience working for a maintenance or main contractor
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong data interrogation skills
• Valid driving licence
• Competence in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent client engagement and people skills
• Strong Health and Safety awareness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Housing sector
• SMSTS certification
