Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and administration of contracts and subcontracts
- Support cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Review and process variations, claims, and payments
- Maintain accurate commercial documentation and project records
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and various stakeholders
- Learn and apply key commercial, legal, and financial processes within the construction industry
Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or NZ Citizen
- Must not have previously completed a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Business
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Proactive communicator with a willingness to learn and grow
- Interest in building a career in legal, finance, accounting, or commercial disciplines
