Assistant Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and regulatory authorities to support communication and documentation workflows across geographies.
• Assist in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of transport projects, ensuring milestones and technical standards are met.
• Contribute to people movement assessments, including pedestrian flows and behaviors, using industry tools for design validation and safety audits.
• Interpret maps, technical drawings, and highway plans while ensuring compliance with UK traffic management regulations.
• Prepare consultation materials and maintain accurate records aligned with UK standards and international best practices.
• Support the improvement of workflows, templates, and review processes to enhance modeling consistency.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Geography, Engineering, English, Legal, or a related analytical discipline.
• 1.5 to 2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital mapping tools such as GIS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for a UK-facing role.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a global/remote setup.
