About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor construction site progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards
  • Guarantee compliance with contractual commitments, including sales plans and building permits
  • Coordinate external stakeholders such as city technical services, concessionaires, and certification partners
  • Manage the implementation of concessionaire agreements for service activation before delivery
  • Oversee financial aspects by reviewing work situations and payment certificates
  • Manage requests for additional work, negotiate quotes, and issue service orders
  • Monitor technical progress against forecasts and contractual fund calls

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's level program (Bac+4/5) in real estate, urban planning, engineering, business, or construction
  • Seeking a 6-month internship
  • Curious, rigorous, and organized
  • Strong teamwork and project management skills
  • Good written and interpersonal communication skills
