About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor construction site progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Guarantee compliance with contractual commitments, including sales plans and building permits
- Coordinate external stakeholders such as city technical services, concessionaires, and certification partners
- Manage the implementation of concessionaire agreements for service activation before delivery
- Oversee financial aspects by reviewing work situations and payment certificates
- Manage requests for additional work, negotiate quotes, and issue service orders
- Monitor technical progress against forecasts and contractual fund calls
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's level program (Bac+4/5) in real estate, urban planning, engineering, business, or construction
- Seeking a 6-month internship
- Curious, rigorous, and organized
- Strong teamwork and project management skills
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills
