Assistant Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction site progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards
• Guarantee compliance with contractual commitments, including sales plans, descriptive notices, and building permits
• Coordinate external stakeholders such as city technical services, concessionaires, and certification partners
• Manage the implementation of concessionaire agreements for service activation before delivery
• Oversee financial aspects by reviewing work situations and payment certificates
• Manage requests for additional work, negotiate quotes, and issue corresponding service orders
• Monitor technical progress against forecasts and manage contractual fund calls

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an engineering training program
• Ideally possesses initial experience in construction site management
• Autonomous, organized, and curious
• Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
• Strong project management capabilities
