About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor construction site progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Guarantee compliance with contractual commitments, including building permits and technical specifications
- Coordinate external stakeholders such as city technical services, concessionaires, and certification partners
- Manage the implementation of concessionaire agreements for service activation before delivery
- Oversee financial aspects by reviewing work situations and payment certificates
- Manage requests for additional work, negotiate quotes, and issue service orders
- Monitor technical progress against forecasts and manage contractual fund calls
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an engineering training program
- Ideally possesses initial experience in construction site management
- Autonomous, organized, and curious
- Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Strong project management capabilities
