Responsibilities

• Monitor the general progress of construction sites
• Define major construction phases and ensure respect for deadlines and quality
• Guarantee compliance with purchased and sold services, including building permits and technical specifications
• Coordinate external stakeholders such as city technical services, concessionaires, and partners
• Manage the implementation of concessionaire agreements for service activation before delivery
• Oversee financial monitoring by reviewing work situations and payment certificates
• Manage requests for additional work, negotiate quotes, and issue service orders
• Ensure technical progress aligns with forecasts and contractual fund calls

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an engineering training program
• Ideally has prior experience in construction site management
• Autonomous, organized, and curious
• Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
