Assistant Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction site progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards
• Guarantee compliance with contractual commitments, sales plans, and building permits
• Coordinate external stakeholders including technical services, concessionaires, and certification partners
• Manage the implementation of concessionaire agreements for service activation before delivery
• Oversee financial aspects by reviewing work situations and payment certificates
• Manage requests for additional work, negotiate quotes, and issue service orders
• Monitor technical progress against forecasts and manage contractual fund calls

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's level program (Bac+4/5) in Real Estate, Urbanism, Engineering, Business, or Construction
• Seeking a 6-month internship
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage projects
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills
