About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing process for all apartments, including conducting community tours and hosting marketing events.
- Communicate with prospects and manage the waitlist, turnover, and leasing pipeline.
- Coordinate with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to affordable housing regulations.
- Process all move-ins using property management software and assist with monthly management reports.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and advertising strategies.
- Plan and coordinate resident events such as meals, classes, outings, and parties.
- Assist the Community Manager with annual lease renewals and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property leasing.
- Experience with Affordable Housing programs (LIHTC) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with MRI or other real estate management software is preferred.
