About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as supervisor when the Community Manager is absent
- Manage all leasing functions including tours, traffic entry, and application processing
- Provide responsive customer service to residents and prospects
- Conduct daily property inspections and coordinate maintenance needs
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes
- Manage property-level accounting operations, including rent collection and delinquency
- Process administrative and financial paperwork such as invoices and billing
- Support overall operations through competitor research and financial reviews
Requirements
- Multi-family property management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable transportation
