About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as supervisor when the Community Manager is absent
  • Manage all leasing functions including tours, traffic entry, and application processing
  • Provide responsive customer service to residents and prospects
  • Conduct daily property inspections and coordinate maintenance needs
  • Oversee move-in and move-out processes
  • Manage property-level accounting operations, including rent collection and delinquency
  • Process administrative and financial paperwork such as invoices and billing
  • Support overall operations through competitor research and financial reviews

Requirements

  • Multi-family property management experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Dependable transportation
